Meet Emma Fyffe

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Supervised by Karen Shafer, LPC-S

Many of us face challenges such as major life changes, trauma, relationship conflict, and finding ourselves. As a therapist, my goal is to help you work through these events, both past and present, so you can reestablish a loving connection with yourself and find meaning in life. To achieve this, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences. I utilize a person-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques to help you confront thoughts and emotions that may be creating difficulties in your life.
